Corrections Policy
We do our best to get things right, but if you believe something we've published is factually incorrect or out of date, please tell us — use the contact page and mention “Correction” in your message.
When a factual error is confirmed, we update the article and record the change in its version history. For corrections that affect the accuracy or safety of the guidance, we add a visible note so returning readers can see what changed.
Minor copyediting — fixing a typo, tightening a sentence — is not separately flagged. Substantive factual or safety corrections always are.
